Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Processing time: 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
• Express Post: 1–3 business days, AUD $15 flat. Free for orders over AUD $250.
• Tracking: Provided by email once dispatched.

Cold-Chain Handling

Lyophilised peptides are stable at room temperature for short transit periods. Orders are dispatched Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays. Discreet, unmarked packaging is used.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of dispatch via the contact page with your order number and photos (if applicable).

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

Restricted Regions

We do not ship to PO boxes in certain regions. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address at our discretion.
