Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Photographic evidence may be requested.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory reagents and chain-of-custody requirements, we do not accept returns for change of mind on opened or unopened items.

How to Request

Email us via the contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
